What is means by Hari Raya Puasa? Who are celebrating it? Hari Raya means "Day of Celebration." It is an important day celebrated by Muslims all over the world. Every year,after one month of fasting,Muslims celebrates Hari Raya Puasa which fall in the month of syawal. All Muslims celebrate with this benevolence day. Many activities is specially held on this particular day aimed to increase the bond between siblings near and far.

   First and foremost,we can see their decorate early for this special day. They decorate it by changing new curtain,new sofa and new carpet. They also painting their house for make it more brighter and to look good. The shopping complex,groceries and any other house will be crowded by people who prepared for the incoming Hari Raya days. During the preparation day,all the family member will work together to make sure their house look clean and beautiful. For an example,usually the mother and sister of the family will changing the curtain and cooking while the father and brother will clean the fan,changing the furniture,painting the house and buying the groceries. They worked together with joy. In conclusion,i believe this great activities will create more love between the family member.

   Furthermore,they also prepared a lot of delicous, traditonal food while the festival going. The food will make people good intention in eating. Ketupat is the one of 'must-have' in Hari raya. It is served together by Rendang ayam. Other delicous delicates such as Lemang,Serunding and Curry Ayam. Lemang usually make by men. And it's need so much attention so the Lemang don't get over burning. They are also hand-make biscuits and cakes. We will able discover a lot of different biscuits when we go to other people or other family member house.

   Beside that,at the morning of that day. All Muslim over the world go to Mosque for prayers with new cloth and followed by visiting the graves. After returned home,the children will ask for apologise from they parents and will be also be given 'Ampau' which contain of money. The Muslim also visit their relatives and friend to share the joy and ask for forgiveness for any mistakes they make. Only at this day they will able spend this valuable time. For me,this festival will be greeted with great joy with the activities of visited the relatives. During this Hari Raya,the children will collect money as their can. For the children,this day doesn't have any meaning without 'Ampau'.

  This Hari Raya is serves to remind us that we are all one,regardless of race,religion or belief. Lets unite under the glorious moonlight and move forward together in faith,peace and harmony. Forget all the mistake and hatred. Forget all the negatives site. Because,that is the true meaning of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
