Assalamualaikum . Welcome to my blog . I want to talk about health and lifestlye . A healty life style means maintaining balanced nutricious and diet as welll ass doing sports .
Health and life stlye is the most important in our life . Oe tips on how to maintaning our health is balingcing our diet . Moreover , doing a minimum of thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity for just 3 days . Physical activity can be extand your years of life and it also can avoid us from disease . A helthy is a key of it . You also can folow food pyramid .
Futhemore , have enoungh sleep also can be away to help increase our health . Prepare your schedule correctly . A healthy range hours of sleep is between 7-9 hours . Once you reached a state of balance , you will feel much better physically and mentally .
Being healthy is also about the choices you make . If you put a drags and alcohol into your body and regular basic then you are abusing your body . For example , alcohol is full of empty calories taht causes gain . This is not a helthy choices . You should not do anything that work against your body . Everyone can maintain a healthy style like taking multivitamins . Make sure your body is getting the essitial vitamins and minerals that you need .
Last but not least , having a healthier lifestyle is not hard as what their tought . We just need to maintain our diet correctly . Healthy and life style is good because an apple a day keeps the doctor away . Thats only for today , thank you .

Now the world was hit with a variety of infectious diseases. In this blog I want to share about my experiences of toothache during school days
One night, I could not sleep could not sleep because my toothache for two hours. My teeth hurt because I eat a lot of sweets and chocolate on the day. Moreover , I never brushed his teeth.
Hence, I immediately realized my parent tell them about my teeth . As a dental clinic is not open night, so the next day then parents took me to clinic Gigi Soh. we went to dental clinic because there was a doctor on the panel of my father work.
Arival at the dental clinic, I immediately signed up at the registration counter provided at the clinic. I feel very scared . We have been waiting for because there are many patients who seek treatment.
When my name was called , I felt very nervous. The dentist smiled and asked me where the tooth pain. After that, the new dentist examine my teeth . I sat on the chair provided to facilitating dentist my teeth.
Upon checking my teeth, dentist find that my molars torn. Dentist immediately filling up me. I have been having pain about fifty minutes.
Moreover, the dentist is also advised me to take care about my teeth. Once finished , I went to the room . I also like to thank the dentist.
Starting today, I rub my teeth three times once. In addition , I also drink a lot milk and yogurt because milk and yogurt contains calcium which is good for teeth.

Once finished packing the goods carried, a sad start to surround us, my father told me that he had to go back, and he also convey messages to study hard and if you need anything to call her and she hugged me and kiss, here also the first time I could see tears streaming my father all my life.

SELF IMPROVEMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT

Welcome to my blog . Today , I would like to share about my story of lifetime . I want to tell how I improving myself from all my mistakes that I have done before and my achievement from it .
I will start my essay when I was in kindergarden . I have found someone that very inspire me a lot . She is very beautiful and kind women I ever meet . Her name is Miss Faizura . She was my teacher . I have learn many things from her . She was not only teach me about ABC and 123 but she also teach me about the valuable life . For example , she teach me that we must respect others . Every time we meet people older than us we must greeted them , do not to spoke rudely to them , tried to focus in classes and many more . I believed that everything I have learned form her was a good thing . How did I know it is a good ? It is because when I practiced what that she have learned and advised me , people around me get happy on my good indeed . Thus , I also felt very happy for it .
Then , I continue my life with futher studied at Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Tambak Paya . Every morning , I need to woke up earlier because my school located far away from my house . For me , it was a bit difficult , but when I think in positive sites , it was good for my brain . It also teach me on how to discipline myself . Moveover , with woke up earlier in the morning , it can set my mind to continue my momentum and proactively live out the day . On the same time , I can have some exercise to stay healthier . I also spend my weekend with have a jogging a least for 30 minutes other than practiced Taekwando in Saturday's night to have a good physical and mental body . In conclusion for that , I may overcome my fears .
After that , my parents seed me to Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Sultan Ahmad , Melaka . In that school , I need to learn Arab language . It is difficult for me as newbie because I never learn Arab before . I felt really down when I got my exam result for Arabic . I realized learning a new things was not an easy works to do . Then , I make my on move with buying a lot of Arabic language and practice to read it . Before I went back home , I meet Uztaz Zaki and I asked a honor from him to translate and teach me about the book that I have read . I also offen searching him in teachers office to learn about Arab so then I can passed in Arabic examination .
In conclusion , with all of my hardworking before , I believe that I can be more than that . I want to be a better person who are not felt down easily . I will up when I down . I have to be more diligent to be a great person . I hope , in this KPTM , it will help me to achieve my target and also my dreams .
