    This century,the lifestyle of the whole world is such a threat to their health lead to premature and deadth.To avoid that from happened,all of us must following some of the most basic steps could actually add years on to one’s life.

    Therefore,I want to tell you about myself,my family and my neighbour on how we enjoy our healthy lifestyle.Its depend the individu on how they want their lifestyle to be and improving one’s quality of life is a personal choice.

    For me,how I enjoy my healthy lifestyle is I always practice behaviours that could lead to positives outcomes.So that,I have follow some simple lifestyle habits that I’ve made such as physical activity,no tobacco use and eating a healthy diet.I’ve also getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

    My family enjoy their lifestyle with farming.There are people who work hard day after day tying to feed themselves and the rest of the world.But my family choose to grow the vegetablesin a sustainable way to have a healthy lifestyle.Good nutrition plays a key role in health and wellness.Because of that my family always eat fresh vegetables,fruit and legumes.We also eat cereals include lean meat and fish.

    Before I forgot,my neighbour also enjoy his healthy lifestyle.My neighbour was a diabetes.Because of that he had made a choice to be a healthier person.He always eat a healthy food and doing exersice because its help in the prevention or maintenance of sugar levels.He also eat a well balanced diet to allows his body to operate more officiently.

    So that is how my family,my neighbour and I enjoy our healthy lifestyle.How about you? Make a difference in your lifestyle to be more healthier!
